GR-BXD-450V2 / GR-BXD-500V2 T-shirt bag making machine is special design for 2 lines high speed T-shirt bag production . 2 independent computers control design and driven by 4.4 kw servo motor, high efficiency, easy and stable operation, low noise, non-stop working. Suitable for producing disposable plastic T-shirt bags.These machines are heat sealing and heat cutting bag making machine, which are suit for printing and non-printing bag making. The material of bag is HDPE, LDPE, PLA,BPAT (Biodegradable Decomposable)

The drive system of whole machine adopts PLC Microcomputer control (Single Chip control system ) on punch machine which integrate control of bag making part and punching part.3. Set all function with one touch screen, simple and easy operation.4. Machine will automatically stopped if film jammed which is detected by sensor5. Independent winder part, high efficient unwind control; max diameter of single unwinding is 800mm; unwinding roller is choked by air shaft.6.
